“User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual or entity using Monime. “Merchant” means a business that accepts payments via Monime. “Transaction” refers to payments processed through our systems.
Monime provides secure, compliant payment processing solutions for individuals and businesses. This includes accepting, authorizing, and settling payments, and related financial technology services.
To use Monime, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, and comply with all applicable Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
Monime facilitates the transfer of funds between payers and merchants. We may hold, delay, or restrict transactions for compliance, fraud prevention, or risk management reasons. By using Monime, you authorize us to debit, hold, and transfer funds as necessary to process payments.
You are responsible for ensuring lawful use of Monime. You must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited activities, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
Monime may place holds on funds if suspicious activity is detected or if compliance checks are required. Chargebacks, refunds, and transaction reversals may result in additional fees. You are responsible for disputes related to your transactions.
Use of Monime for illegal, fraudulent, or high-risk activities (including money laundering, terrorist financing, or prohibited goods/services) is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in such activity.
Monime charges processing fees per transaction. Additional fees may apply for chargebacks, refunds, or compliance investigations. Fee structures are disclosed upon account creation and may vary based on volume, risk, or region.
Monime retains ownership of its technology, branding, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without prior written consent.
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties. Monime is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including losses caused by third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold Monime harmless against claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your breach of laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Monime at any time if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or engage in prohibited activities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sierra Leone. Disputes shall be resolved in Sierra Leonean courts unless otherwise agreed.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Monime after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using Monime, you consent to our data handling practices.
Monime may integrate or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, security, or practices of third-party providers.
